What is the ROI of NOT giving a FUCK!

Don’t dwell on what others think about you….there is no reason to get upset over something you can’t control. Being upset about somebody else’s actions only slows me down.

Gary Vaynerchuk is an accomplished business man who started with nothing….zero, nada, zilch!  Gary was an entrepreneur well before Twitter came along. The story is well known to those who have followed his rise: Born in Belarus, he came to the U.S. in 1978 with his parents. Raised in Edison, New Jersey, he moved back home in 1998, after college at Mount Ida in Newton, Mass., to work at his father’s liquor store in nearby Springfield, which bore the unsexy name Shoppers Discount Liquors. It was an all-purpose, everyday liquor shop, like any other, but it would serve as the blank canvas for a grand experiment that would become Vaynerchuk’s talent: harnessing the Internet to build a brand.

Don’t be afraid to fail….its the most important component to success!

This man is a hustler that never quit….a real WINNER!

Do Immigrants have better prospects in the USA than its natural born citizens?

The answer is not necessarily…..immigrants take advantage of the opportunities that every American born citizen has but with one distinction. They have come to this country because the opportunities that the USA offers is much greater than that of the country they immigrated from……that is why they wanted to come here. Most immigrants don’t take for granted or waste these opportunities because they know that this is truly a land of opportunity.

With respect to student loans…..we don’t know if the immigrants have outstanding student loans…each situation is different. I can say this with utmost certainty that most immigrants because of their culture who come here is also responsible to help provide for their families back in their home country. Remittance is a significant contribution to the GDP of many of the immigrants country of origin.

Many Americans only see an immigrants success because of the fruits of their labor but they don’t realize the sweat, pain and suffering that they had to endure just to get to this country.

Upper Antelope Canyon – Page, Arizona

Just a short drive from the Horseshoe Bend is the Upper & Lower Antelope Canyon slots. We chose the Upper slot because we found out that its light features and crevices are much more distinct.  As you will see, the pictures are just spectacular!

Our trek started at the Adventurous Tour Company.  This tour is organized and operated by the Navajo Indians. They’re well organized and the tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly.  The guides help you setup your camera to the right settings and they also help you take pictures. I used an I-Phone 7 plus set on the chrome filter setting to take these photos. You start off on this adventure by taking a 10 minute ride in an off road vehicle…to the Upper Antelope Canyon entrance.

The ride is a bit bumpy but its also a lot of fun! Once we got to our destination, we were in awe of how isolated this place is.  The ancient Navajo Indians must of had sharp eyes because from afar, its very difficult to see that there is a slotted canyon at the base of this huge rock formation that soar hundreds of feet tall.

Once inside, you will notice how wide eyed everyone is because what they see, doesn’t appear to be real! Its like you’re traveling through a part of a Star Wars movie set…its that unreal!  If a picture says a thousand words, this place would certainly says a million words! While walking through this canyon, you’ll have to navigate through the crowd of people because, the groups ahead of your group turn around and head back out towards the entrance of the canyon slot.  The light that sneaks its way through the upper section of this canyon towards the floor offer such vivid colors and contrast.

The walk through the canyon is about 30 minutes or so.  The tour guides are patient and they allow you to take as many pictures as your heard desires.  Its an amazing experience because the light reflections and rock formations that you see from each and every angle as you look upwards is indescribable.

My wife and I were blown away but this very beautiful place!  We highly recommend everyone to visit and experience one of God’s truly beautiful creations!

Horseshoe bend, Arizona.

IMG_3034The Horseshoe Bend located in Page, Arizona is such and awesome sight to see…it’s absolutely breathtaking!

The entrance into the park leads you into a large parking lot. There are bathroom facilities that are clean and plentiful. There is no fee but the park has posted hours. If you plan on using a drone to take pictures, you’re out of luck…they’ve posted “No Drones” all over the park.

The hike from the parking area was a bit strenuous but if you’re in decent shape you should be able to handle it very easily. The weather on this particular day was very, very hot, a very 105 degree hot! If you plan on making this worthwhile trek, make sure that you wear a pair of study shoes (we used our hiking shoes), a hat and bring plenty of drinking water. The trail to the horseshoe bend is sandy and very loose so you have to be carefully.  Once you reach the summit of the trail your breath will be taken away by the vastness of this Canyon! IMG_3019Mother Nature’s work here is perfect!  The rock formations and the depth of the canyon is breathtaking! It’s hard to imagine how long it took to carve the beautifully shaped horseshoe through this rock? There are a lot of people who make this short hike to experience one of the worlds greatest views. This is a must see if you’re in Page, Arizona to see the Antelope canyons (upper and lower).  We’re off to our next trek……the Upper Antelope Canyon slot!
